COMPETITION RULES  

April - September 2024  

These regulations (Regulations) govern the conditions of participation in the Les Secrets de Loly Welcome competition (the Competition). This competition aims to be used in the Welcome campaign of Les Secrets de Loly (LSL), a company registered at the address 56 rue Coriolis, 75012 PARIS, FRANCE, registered with the RCS Paris at number 749 848 842.  

It is possible to participate via the welcome pop-up. By participating in the Competition, you have a chance to win the Hair Routine of your choice (on this page ), according to Article 3.  

ARTICLE 1: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION  

1.1 To participate in the Competition, you must be 18 years old or over, have never placed an order on the site https://www.secretsdeloly.com and live in mainland France.
1.2 You participate in the Competition by subscribing to the Les Secrets de Loly newsletter. You then try your luck to win the Hair Routine of your choice (on this page ).
1.3 Apart from the usual internet connection costs, no additional communication costs are necessary to participate in the Competition.
1.4 Members of Les Secrets de Loly staff, any person who participated directly or indirectly in the organization of the competition and any person who has already placed an order, are not authorized to participate. 
1.5 The competition is open from 04/18/2024 to 05/31/2024 inclusive. When the competition closes, it is no longer possible to participate or win the Prize. 
1.6 You authorize Les Secrets de Loly not to receive remuneration for the use of your User Content and/or for any related intellectual property rights.  

ARTICLE 2: DESIGNATION OF WINNERS  

2.1 The winners will be selected by random draw. Any abuse during participation will result in its cancellation.
2.2 Les Secrets de Loly will select 10 winners in mainland France by random draw, designated by an independent third party. 
2.3 The winner will be notified by email.
2.4 The winner has a period of 10 working days.
2.5 The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
2.6 No resemblance will be captured in the result.
2.7 If the Prize is awarded to a person who illegitimately claims to be the rightful winner, any loss arising from such conduct will be borne by that person.  

ARTICLE 3: THE PRICE  

The Prize is a Hair Routine composed of 4 products (on this page ).

ARTICLE 4: RIGHTS RESERVED LES SECRETS DE LOLY  

4.1 Les Secrets de Loly reserves the right to eliminate a person or exclude them from any participation in the competition, in the event of non-compliance with the rules or any other legal condition, according to its convenience, without giving rise to the justification for his decision.
4.2 Les Secrets de Loly reserves the right to block participation or declare participation invalid in the case of suspected fraud or abuse, without providing justification for its decision.
4.3 Les Secrets de Loly also reserves the right to shorten, pause, or modify the Competition, according to its convenience, and without prior notification, and/or to modify the prize if it is no longer reasonable to expect Les Secrets de Loly to remain bound by the original regulations and the original Price.  

ARTICLE 5: PRIVACY  

5.1 LSL respects the privacy of participants in the Competition. The company guarantees that all personal information that is provided is protected according to the Data Protection Law.
5.2 Our privacy policy can inform you about how Les Secrets de Loly manages your personal data. 

ARTICLE 6: MAINTENANCE AND MODIFICATION  

6.1. Les Secrets de Loly reserves the right to temporarily inactivate the Site or certain pages of the Site for maintenance, modification or improvement of the Site or Les Secrets de Loly servers. In such circumstances, Les Secrets de Loly is in no way responsible for any losses to visitors.  

ARTICLE 7: DISPUTES  

7.1 Any dispute relating to the Competition may be sent to Les Secrets de Loly via the Contact address at the end of these Rules
7.2 Les Secrets de Loly will respond to any dispute within 5 working days of receipt of the possible dispute.  

ARTICLE 8: OTHER QUESTIONS  

8.1 The images and descriptions of the Competition are intended solely to be used for illustrative purposes and may not conform to reality.
8.2 Les Secrets de Loly is subject to the French tax authorities. The said Prize is thus awarded to the winner without being subject to tax.
8.3 Les Secrets de Loly is governed by the Code of Conduct for Competitions with Draws 2014 (Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen 2014).
8.4 These regulations are subject to French law.
