"Titre : Très déçue ! Dès le départ, une odeur chimique très désagréable, et maintenant une véritable couche d’huile s’est formée à la surface ! Peut-être que je n’ai simplement pas eu de chance et que je suis tombée sur un produit défectueux qui a tourné. Mais le plus décevant reste le SAV : malgré l’envoi des photos, du numéro de lot et des informations demandées, aucune réponse depuis 15 jours ! Un problème de produit peut arriver, mais la moindre des choses serait d’apporter une réponse au client !"

Ne convient pas apparemment à mes cheveux

"Je m’attendais à avoir des cheveux plus denses avec des boucles mieux définies. Hélas le contraire. Ce produit n’est pas fait pour moi. J’utilise de la coloration végétale qui densifie naturellement mes cheveux et les rends sains et brillants. Ils n’avaient dont pas besoin de ce masque. Je ne sais pas comment l’utiliser pour en exploiter le meilleur potentiel (densité etc ) alors que je suis votre marche à suivre."

"Ayant des cheveux bouclés , je ne comprends pas pourquoi mes cheveux ressortent poisseux à plus en pouvoir et comme très gras ! Je suis bien toutes les instructions et veille au bon rinçage mais je suis déçue… car en sois je sens qu’il répare vraiment les cheveux , les rends plus fort etc mais impossible de sécher derrière. . contrairement au Pink power bond ce produit là je n’arrive pas à m’en servir . . auriez vous des explications ?"

"De prime abord, pour une seule utilisation, je suis contente du rendu après séchage. Par contre, au rinçage, les cheveux ne sont pas doux et lisses. L'odeur de malabar me rappelle mon enfance !"

"Extrêmement déçue . . . Le masque s'applique difficilement, il n'est pas du tout onctueux ni fondant. Le rinçage est une corvée et ne laisse pas du tout les cheveux doux, souples et démêlés : c'est tout le contraire !! Obligée de faire un shampooing et après-shampooing derrière pour enlever tout ça. Je ne comprends pas vu les avis très positifs . . . j'ai envoyé un mail avec photos au service clients pour savoir si le pot était défectueux, pas de réponse . . . C'est quand même un achat coûteux, quel regret !!"
