Jeanne joined Les Secrets de Loly 3 and a half years ago, she arrived as a work-study communications manager and is now Coordinator of the future Les Secrets de Loly Academy. Her complicated relationship with hair salons

Jeanne tells us that she went to the hairdresser when she was 12 years old. The hairdresser cut her wet hair and Jeanne ended up with hair that was much too short. She confides, laughing, “I had a lump on my head, I didn’t look like much.” Despite her young age, she kept bitter memories of it. For good reason, she did not set foot in a hair salon again for 10 years.

Today, we can say that Jeanne has come full circle by taking a nice revenge on life. She is participating in the Académie des Secrets de Loly project: a training center for hairdressing professionals which will see the light of day this year.

Understanding your hair allows you to take better care of it

It seems easy to say but it's true! By taking the time to understand your hair, you can choose the right products and take the right steps . Jeanne really realized this when she started working in hair care. During her higher studies, she completed an internship at the Bar à Boucles in which she discovered a lot of brands including Les Secrets de Loly.
